Removable-cover steel plate barrel (tonner) with retracted or aperture-sized filler opening

The barrel steel sheet mantle is welded longitudinally and can be standard, double-ribbed (Figure 1) or densely ribbed (Figure 2). The bottom plate of the barrel is secured with a seven-layer spiral clamp to the mantle (Figure 3). The upper filler opening of the barrel is parallel to the casing (as shown in FIG. 1), or may be retracted (FIG. 4) relative to the diameter of the casing. A seal is placed between the removable lid and the mouth opening. The lid can be clamped to the filler hole with a sealable closure (metal ring with frog lock). The detachable cover can be fitted with 2 "and 3/4" closures. The marking of the product according to the UN specification and the identification of the product are on the stack. The stacking height of the barrels can be 3 m. The names, main dimensions and markings of each barrel type are summarized in the table.
